  From the very late hour that we first met Pat and his brother to the very end with the delivery of the ashes of our dear sister, Cecelia, we were treated with such compassion, thoughtfulness and very professional service. Pat was extremely easy to work with, and he fielded all our questions with such grace and was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns that we had.
